Suvarnaprashan is an ancient Ayurvedic practice involving the administration of a gold-based formulation to infants and children. This ritual, often performed during the early years of a child’s life, is designed to enhance overall health, vitality, and cognitive development.
Panchakarma, rooted in the ancient practice of Ayurveda, is a powerful detox and rejuvenation therapy that has been used in India for centuries. It's a holistic method aimed at cleansing not just the body, but also the mind and spirit, helping to enhance overall well-being and restore balance. More than just a treatment, Panchakarma is a way of life that focuses on eliminating toxins from the body and bringing the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—back into harmony.
Snehana (Oleation) involves applying medicated oils to loosen toxins, followed by Swedana (Fomentation), which uses heat to open channels and facilitate toxin elimination.
Vamana is a therapeutic vomiting process that removes excess Kapha dosha, aiding in the treatment of respiratory problems and skin conditions.
Virechana uses purgative methods to cleanse the bowels and eliminate Pitta-related toxins, aiding in the treatment of liver disorders, skin issues, and digestive problems.
Basti, a key Panchakarma treatment, Administer medicated oil or decoction via anal route to balance Vata dosha, effectively addressing issues like arthritis, and neurological disorders.
